Company: Patel Infrastructure Limited (Patel Organix Pvt. Ltd - Bharat Vedica)Patel Infrastructure Limited, established in 1972, is expanding its operations and seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Manager to manage and optimize our online store(Bharat Vedica).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 15+ years Experience
• Education: Bachelor or Equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales management, Customer relationship management (CRM),Market analysis, Strategic planning
• Negotiation, Product knowledge, Leadership, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Public speaking.
