FDIC 370 CBNA Governance: Responsibilities: Support FDIC program lead on following activities FDIC 370 CBNA Governance Manage the FDIC Part 370 CBNA Steering Committee with CBNA COO and CBNA O&T Head Oversee the Quarterly Call report reconciliation and review the results with the CBNA Steering Committee CBNA COO Annual Attestation for FDIC 370 Compliance Maintain and execute the annual CBNA COO annual attestation to the FDIC based on Business/Function attestation to it\'s compliance with FDIC 370 rule FDIC 370 Regulatory Change Management Monitor and implement changes to FDIC 330 and 370 rule and initiate the required process and technology changes to maintain ongoing compliance Execute Change Management process to ensure that system changes that impact FDIC 370 reporting are tested and certified prior to implementation Monitor the daily production of FDIC 370 reports and output files to ensure resolution of any issues and maintaining compliance with FDIC 370 requirements FDIC 370 Enhanced Internal Testing & Remediation Maintain and execute production data testing to identify data anomalies that impact the integrity of FDIC 370 insurance determination and reporting . Maintain the FDIC 370 Data Concern Remediation Management processto initiate data concerns and ensure timely remediation FDIC 370 Systemic controls Define and manage the 2023-24 projects to automate manual controls and implementation of data governance controls Implement Foreign Deposit Restriction Capability Manage the PBWM and ICG projects to implement the technical capability to restrict foreign branch deposits in a bank failure scenario CAMP: CAMP (Citi Application Manager Portal) is an enterprise-wide application that serves as a central repository and communication channel for IT Risk and Control related commitments requiring action by Citi Application managers and beyond. Responsibilities: Oversee and provide day-to-day technical and subject matter support for the CAMP tool including monitoring of content for quality, update of weekly notification, tool administration and providing direction to production support team. Create and maintain program documentation, content reference materials, FAQs, etc. Support onboarding of new content from development to deployment including configuration, validation, documentation, communication, and hand-off to production support Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities of new features and functions in CAMP Qualifications: 8-10 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, or other control function SQL, Python, Dataiku or Knime, Excel VBA. Data analysis and machine learning experience is required Familiarity with Regulatory compliance, Technology Risk, Cyber Risk, Third party Risk, Processing Risk, Project Management risk and Human Capital Risk. Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (especially Excel - Tables, Pivot tables, vlookup) Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Experience developing Business and Technical Requirements Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail Education: Bachelor\'s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree Job Family Group: Risk Management Job Family: Business Risk & Controls Time Type: Full time Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
