Who we are looking for
ARIS is the process modelling tool using in State Street Global Delivery. We are looking for a candidate with experience in ARIS business process mapping administration and who can drive the development of ARIS within Global Delivery.
What you will be responsible for
Reporting to the GD BPM leadership team, the candidate will have the below mentioned responsibilities:• Development of ARIS reports, Macros, semantic checks and other customized features as per bank needs.
• ARIS Database management
• ARIS group structure mgmt., user access rights and license management
• ARIS RCM (Release cycle management) /Governance Process
• Work with the BPM CoE team to improve the model review process, RCM and Governance Processes.
• Support development of ARIS training material
• Quality control reviews of models and ARIS data
• Aid in development of Semantic checks
• Defines, redefines or translates business documentation into business process models, through workshops, and interviews utilizing BPMN 2.0 modeling notation. Documentation of additional resiliency data including but not limited to Application usage, location and roles in conjunction with assigning existing materials to enterprise taxonomy
• Aids in Enterprise taxonomy management in ARIS via model assignments and reviews of models to ensure compliance with standards and adoption to Enterprise Taxonomy
• Aids in identification of gaps in best practices and standards
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role• Working experience with both ARIS Business Architect, and Publisher in multi-project environment (would be beneficial)
• Business Process Modeling (BPMN 2.0) Expertise with ARIS Connect/ Architect
• Familiar with Process Architecture in a large Financial organization
Experience in Project Management• Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN)
Education & Preferred Qualifications• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in information technology/Management or Business is required.
• Proven experience (8 years and above) in business process mapping and administration.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and notation (BPMN).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
