We are looking for a candidate with experience in creating and delivering business process mapping for a large financial institution with understanding of the complexities of a global organization.
What you will be responsible for
Reporting to the GD Head of BPM management team, the candidate will have the below mentioned responsibilities to support the global delivery organization, driving the usage of the process maps as a key management tool during business as usual activities:• Lead and facilitate process mapping engagements for creation, maintenance and optimization of process models using ARIS, mapping key data such as risk and controls, IT applications, locations ,linking the process maps to operating procedures, the control inventory as well as other enterprise -wide initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve OKRs on process mapping and submissions into the central procedure inventory
• Ensure all process documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on ARIS tools and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements in process documentation.
• Maintain a repository of business process models and ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
• Review standard operating procedures (SOP) and supporting documents, including but not limited to spot checks and periodic reviews in the central procedure inventory to ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company style guidelines and industry standards.

Education & Preferred Qualifications• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in information technology/Management or Business is required.
• Proven experience (8 years and above) in business process mapping
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and notation (BPMN).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
