Job description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and sales leads.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional service.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and present business reports, presentations to clients and management.
Being a part of the client meeting with the team, preparing MOM & coming up with action points, following up with the concerned team for implementing the action points
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Monitor and analyze client feedback, sales data, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiations and contract management with the assigned Customers.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and communications with clients and partners .
Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Participate in Team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy
Commission statement / Royalty fee calculations based on the customer & update on timely basis
Assist with development of publicity materials like brochures, posters etc.,
Document preparation & coordination
Handling from registration to arranging materials, followup with event management, design, output, functionality throughout the event & closing the accounts of special events like Qgrader, Coffee Processing, IFCC,
Coordinating with the team members for NBC, IFCC for the entire followup of event until successful completion of the program for their presence time allotment, handling the particiapnts, arranging materials
Ticket Booking, Hotel booking for the directors / team
Participate / Coordinate / Organize in networking events, conferences, and other industry-related activities to build connections and promote the company's brand.
Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and sharing best practices
To handle the entire organising from stall confirmation, fabrication, design approvals, vendor finalization, stock arrangements, expenses management, closing.
To participate & promote marketing, promotional events for our brand visibility & cross selling.
Following up with any additional tasks given by the director
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
