Candidate will be a part of the Agilent Global Business Services with the following roles and responsibilities:
Analyze and manage Annual Forecasts and reconcile forecasts against actuals monthly
Analyze IT spend, budget utilization, telecom contracts and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
Create Monthly Spend Reports and Accruals for Partners; Post Accrual journal voucher based on actual and forecasted spending
Expense Management including Allocation and Amortization
Track telecom usage and trends to forecast future expenses and plan accordingly
Ensure telecom expenses are accurately parked in correct natural accounts and cost center
Manage DOT license documentation and other regulatory compliance
Asset management including Recording asset movements, scraps, international transfers; Coordination with respective site contacts for support on device serial # and asset-tagging.
Physical Inventory and Spot-Audit support
P2P support including PR Creations, monitoring PO utilization and managing PO Top-ups
Supporting Supplier on-boarding and supplier data changes
Create Metrics, Reports, Reconciliations and Dashboards to enable data-driven decisions
Stakeholder management
Building the knowledge base from use cases and updating process documentation
Learn about the upcoming changes and new functionalities in the process and ensure proactive support readiness.
Help drive process optimization changes to improve the overall support operations.
Sharing knowledge with peers as well as learning from them to eliminate and knowledge gaps.
Desired Requirement :
Prior experience on Budgets, Planning, Dashboards, Metrices
Knowledge of SAP, Ariba
Good hands-on on PowerApps, Power Automate, Macros, SmartSheets and AIM tool
QualificationsMandatory Requirements:
Graduate/ Postgraduate/Qualified in Accounts/Finance with 10+ years of experience with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience.
High proficiency in MS-Excel and Presentation skills
Good analytical skills with prior experience and P2P process knowledge
Excellent verbal/written communication skills - Would need to engage with partners/internal and external customers globally, as well as be a good listener.
Project management skills and expertise in designing and implementing process improvements.
Proven technical, analytical and functional skills.
Problem-solving abilities: Must have strong troubleshooting skills to find new ways to help clients with their diverse needs
Out-of-Box and innovative thinking for problem resolution.
Ability to work in a dynamic and progressive global environment (multi-culture, multi- functional, remote environment)
