Job Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Jr. BSE. In this position, you will handle various responsibilities such as customer service, technical support, data entry, and sales, contributing to the effective outsourcing of business functions across multiple industries. This role requires flexibility and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities
• Rotational shift Rotational week off
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office for various tasks.
• Serve as a virtual assistant for dedicated international clients.
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
• Perform multitasking duties, including data entry, cold calling, research tasks, and scheduling meetings.
• Create presentations as assigned by the management.
• Provide exemplary customer service as the first point of contact.
• Address and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as allocated by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle emails and phone calls.
• Capability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, including data entry, cold calling, and research.
• Ability to create and manage presentations.
• Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts.
• Willingness to adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed.
