Project work scope spans Innovative Digital Transformation Solutions that blend Business Process Modeling, with Process Automation, with next generation Data Architectures (using Open-Source tooling) and integration with mainstream Enterprise Software used for HR, Inventory, Ordering, Fulfillment, Manufacturing etc. We have our own datacenter based in Dallas for worldwide use in innovation projects and our packages are peer benchmarked to with the prevailing levels of compensation. Current Opportunity: Business Process Modeling and implementation of Automation project We are currently hiring immediately for Business Process Modeling and implementation of Automation project that will migrate AS-IS processes in serval departments of a large national footprint national company using SoftwareAG and SAP Solution Mgr. and finally SAP. The work is on client site outside India. The project starts in Dec 2023, and we are hiring at all levels: Principal, Senior, and Junior. Key responsibilities: (a) Design process workflows by using documentation in Visio, Excel, PDFs by using BPM tools (b) Create Event Driven Process Chains (EPC), Value-Added-Chain-Diagrams (VACD) (c) Experience in migrating AS-IS process flows from either legacy to modern BPM tool or from existing documented sources (d) Business documentation projects using Software AG ARIS, using the SAP Solution Manager tool and accomplish two-way data exchange (e) Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), align the KPIs to processes, methods and Convention bundles (f) Utilize ARIS Aware tool to create extraction routines and supply Dashboards that will show case the KPIs (g) Experience in Process Design, Modeling, Change Management, Documentation, Simulation, UAT and Reporting
