Job Role:
• Closely Work with Card and payment networks to understand various policies and guidelines issued by payment networks which needs to be followed by the Bank from Issuer and Acquiring bank perspective
• Work with various internal stakeholders (IT , BSG, Business, Product, Compliance, Legal, ORM and Risk) to assign responsibilities w.r.t to implementation of the guidelines on RASCI model
• Track the Implementation / exception management status (incl. Timelines) of the various Regulatory guidelines from NW Partners (NPCI, VISA, Rupay) etc.
• Work with process team to issue/ review/modify Standard operating procedures for guidelines which impact any process / policies w.r.t. branch banking / customers liabilities/assets.

• Good knowledge about Network regulations / guidelines w.r.t to Issuing and acquiring business
• Ability to decode the guidelines, and prepare crisp summary recommendations and time bound action plan to ensure the Bank is compliant to the guideline's issues (current as well as past).
• Strong stakeholder management & project management skills to ensure guideline recommendations are explained and action plan are followed through / implemented within agreed or stipulated timelines by resp. functions.
• Keen eye for market intelligence and competition.
• People who have worked in Payment networks are preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in project management is ideal.
