Develop system designs that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancementsEnsure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of solutionsDeliver design solutions in line with system design standards (Core/Template)Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the architecture handbookPerform scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and align with business teamsEnsure that project/enhancements work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints following the release calendarsEnsure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by businessInitiate solution testing to ensure these meet quality standardsFollow standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective deliveryTake accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Design scopeEducationUniversity degree or adequate equivalentBachelor degree in business/technical and SAP knowledge in specified module(s)/process areasExperience:At least 4 years experience in business consultancy and SAP implementation in an international environmentProven experience in SAP implementations, detailed process analysis and design, system architecture, technology standards, CSV, GXP and SOX requirementsProven experience in understanding of SAP functionality, related business processes and master data in the area of responsibilityTravel Requirements:Willingness to travelProven experience and expert knowledge in SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP-IBP) and hands on experience in the following modules in order to be able to support the Alcon supply chain business processes:Demand Planning (IBP)Supply Planning (IBP)MRP: Materials Requirement Planning (ECC)Experience in interfacing SAP ECC with a supply chain planning application, preferably SAP IBP using CPI or SDI.A reasonable understanding of the related SAP ECC processes and modules:Production planning, MRP and MPSQuality- and batch managementProcurementGood understanding of medical devices and/or contact lenses industry is an advantage.ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent WorkerIf you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.Alcon is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
