BUSINESS PROCESS ASSOCIATE - CALL CENTER - GCC
Acesoft inc , a multinational corporation, is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Business Executives to join our amazing team! The candidates must have:
possess strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Handle incoming customer support requests and inquiries via phone calls or messages.
Identify and assess customers' needs, clarify information, and offer solutions and alternatives.
Provide customers with accurate and comprehensive information.
Update documents and records based on customer interactions.
Establish and maintain a good rapport with customers.
Adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations
Qualification:
Any graduates or individuals with limited work experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred. Candidates with 0-1 year of experience in Voice or Non-Voice customer support in Arabic is given priority.
