Short Description: To perform analysis and design of infrastructure services processes within a predefined target operating model framework. Business process analyst - for e-tom implementation. The business process analyst covers duties such as:

• run workshops with process stakeholders to design the processes
• define, agree and document RACIs
• ensure alignment of the process to the Key Controls
• document processes in Adonis
• roll-out processes in the organization
• support the translation of the processes into the ticketing tool where appropriate

Skills: Have good knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)

• Have experience in business process designs and facilitation
• Showcase good analytical and evaluating skills
• Ability to work at all levels of the organization
• Good level of English is a must
• Familiarity with eTOM is a plus
• Familiarity with workflow tool design is a plus
• Familiarity with Adonis is a plus
• Familiarity with infrastructure support processes is a plus
• Italian is a plus
• German is a plus
