Position Overview: SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE... The Business Performance & Analytics Lead will be a key member of the IOPS BI Team, focused on development of core business reporting and analytics to drive actionable insights to stakeholders. Reporting into the Director of Business Intelligence, this role will work closely with the BI Team & BI Leadership to support key business initiatives. This role will require strong business knowledge, BI development and analysis experience to support the business, analysis of our current state, curate ideas on growth & expansion and work with teammates to develop enhanced business acumen across the team. Responsibilities:
Development of core business reporting and analytics to drive actionable insights to stakeholders.
Work closely with our BI Team & BI Leadership to support key business initiatives.
Provide leadership to help teammates grow and develop their business acumen across the organization
Translate business questions/problems into solutions we can provide with actionable & insightful reports/dashboards that the business can leverage and make valuable actions
Develop & support cross-functional enhancements & projects
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa, assist the team in framework for development
Provide support for business prioritization within the BI Development Process
Work with and iterate POCs, wireframes and/or business insight models to progress development and deliver on time with our stakeholders
Participate in driving roadmap & vision for our business insights education, data development and strategy
Oversee, support & guide BI development team with their key initiatives
Effectively communicate BI findings, recommendations and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications:
5-10+ years of experience supporting Sales or Revenue Operations
BA degree required (degrees in business, financial or analytical fields); Masters degree is a plus
Hands-on analytical mindset and quantitative focus passionate about analyzing and synthesizing business metrics and raw data to distill performance trends and business insights for executive decision-making; expertise in statistical modeling a plus
Strong communication and story-telling skills, particularly to executive management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, and financial modeling abilities.
Self-motivated curiosity, sense of urgency, ability to pivot seamlessly between big picture and fine level granularity, and relentless focus on outcomes not activity
Ability to partner cross-functionally, through strong relationship building, influencing, negotiating and communication skills, with all levels of management.
Experience with SQL, Tableau & Snowflake
As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.
