Developing the overall HR agenda and driving it to success Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices. Improving and monitoring employee productivity. Managing staff wellness initiatives. Improving relations between staff and employers. Overseeing recruitment efforts. Engaging with heads of department. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training/induction programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues Identifying new opportunities where HR can add value to the business Provides guidance and input on BU restructures, Work Force Planning and Succession Planning Conducting Training Programs Effectively Close Monitoring and Drive of HR Parameters- Confirmation.
