Designation: Business Operation Trainee
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of cakes and flowers for the Dealers and the Fleet Customers.
• Timely Delivery: Coordinate deliveries for special occasions like birthdays and weddings, ensuring punctuality on a proper Address.
• Reporting: Maintain daily reports on delivery status and challenges faced.
• Planning: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to plan delivery schedules effectively.
• Redemption Program: Support the redemption program for JK Tyre Dealers & Fleet customers by processing orders and maintaining records.
• Data Management: Organize and maintain records of operational activities for easy reference.
• Support: Provide assistance to the operations team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or currently pursuing the master's degree.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with good organizational and multitasking skills.
