Boeing's India engineering team is currently looking for a Business Operations Lead who will work closely with the in-country engineering leadership team. The position reports to Manager - Engineering Integration based out of Bangalore. This team supports the Chief of Staff to Managing Director, Boeing India Engineering and Technology Centre (BIETC).

Position Responsibilities:

Position encompasses a variety of responsibilities around Boeing's engineering operations in India across multiple geographical sites.

Define, implement, maintain and improve processes, tools and metrics that govern and support the operations.

Own and run the operations reviews. Enabling senior leadership to make timely, data driven decisions on key choices the organization needs to make.

Storyboarding and presentations for the leadership team to present in executive reviews.

Collaboration closely with support functions to meet business requirements.

Data collection, analysis and interpretation to resolve operational issues.

Support ad hoc special projects for future operational readiness of the BIETC teams.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

MBA/PGDM and B.E./B.Tech

10+ years of post-MBA work experience

Past experience in business operations, strategy, project management, Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff roles

Strong communication skills

Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Exposure of having worked closely with Leadership Teams or Executives in the organization

Industry experience in aerospace, manufacturing, heavy engineering, automotive or related sectors

Appreciation for engineering/technical terminology

Attention to detail and bias for action

High sense of ownership and inclination to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Ability to deliver on time-sensitive activities with high quality output

A tolerance for organizational complexity

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 12 Plus years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 12 years' related work experience.)
