Location: BangaloreClient Overview: Our client is a leading firm in the Architectural Industry, specializing in providing valuable market insights and research for the construction sector.Job Scope:As a Business Research Executive, you will be responsible for conducting online research on ongoing and upcoming construction projects. You will gather data on architects, stakeholders, and construction professionals, maintain CRM and data sheets, and ensure targets for research reports are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on construction projects (Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail, etc.)
• Gather and compile data from architects, stakeholders, and other professionals
• Prepare reports and update CRM and data sheets regularly
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly research targets
• Build and maintain a database of construction professionals

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years of experience in research or related fields
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
