Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Operations Associate to support various functions across recruitment, marketing, outreach activities, and corporate relations. The role combines strategic thinking with operational execution to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes and contribute to our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination with hiring managers.

Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate reports.

2. Marketing & Outreach:

Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote Recruiting Genie's services to startups and medium-sized businesses.

Manage social media channels and campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Conduct outreach activities to engage with potential clients and candidates.

3. Corporate Relations:

Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for expansion.

4. Operational Excellence:

Develop and optimize workflows to improve team efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and track key business metrics to evaluate performance and provide actionable insights.

5. Administrative Support:

Handle coordination tasks such as meeting schedules, follow-ups, and document management.

Support the leadership team in executing business strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or related fields.

Experience: 1-2 years in business operations, recruitment, marketing, or a similar role (freshers with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with HR software or CRM tools is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

?20,000 - ?35,000 per month (depending on experience), with performance-based pay increments available
