Business Operations AssociateDescription -Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting various aspects of the company's supply chain and operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. The role executes on specific reporting and analytics responsibilities, creating insightful dashboards and reports. The role helps in resolving complex level supply chain issues and identifies opportunities to optimize operational processes.
Responsibilities
Supports complex level transactional processes for specialized job assignments with minimal supervision.
Serves as a primary data resource for exempt-level employees by delivering specialized reports, typically in a consultative manner.
Identifies complex level supply chain anomalies and leads the process-oriented tasks to resolve the issues.
Monitors the execution of process-oriented tasks of lower level contributors.
Provides troubleshooting and problem-solving support of basic to complex level problems.
Supports the development and execution of business strategies and programs, aligned with strategic business objectives.
Collaborates with customer support teams to address operational issues and improve the customer experience.
Utilizes technology and software tools to improve operational efficiency, such as implementing new software or automation solutions.
Drives the training of new hires and lower level roles.
Education & Experience Recommended
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
