Job Description

The role entails managing regulatory (RBI) inspection and queries and observations
emanating from the same. The role will closely collaborate with the product, business,
Credit, Collections, Policy, Technology, Risk and operations teams to ensure accurate,
complete and timely submission of all regulatory ask.
Roles & Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist all stakeholders in understanding of RBI indents/ requirements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with BIU/ FinnOne IT, SFDC, Br.Net, CBS etc. teams for data extraction,
managing queries etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Performance of data validation in collaboration with Business, Credit and relevant
stakeholders.
\xef\x82\xb7 End to end management of RBI inspection which entails understanding of regulatory
requirement, identifying concerned stakeholder within Retail assets, co-ordination
with IT and BIU for data extraction, validation of data in collaboration with
concerned team and final submission to Compliance for onward submission to RBI.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring final submission to Compliance for onward submission to RBI.
\xef\x82\xb7 Managing queries received from RBI and other regulatory bodies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Timely submission of responses on all queries received.
\xef\x82\xb7 Working with all internal stakeholders for timely response on RBI observations and
closure of observations through preventive and corrective action plan.
\xef\x82\xb7 Stakeholder engagement and RBI management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Management of RBI inspection.
\xef\x82\xb7 Key Success Metrics: Timely and accurate submission of regulatory indents and
managing observations and queries emanating from the same.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: B.Com (Bachelor in Commerce) / BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) /
B.Tech (Bachelor in Technology) / B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) / B.E. (Bachelor in Engineering) /
B.Sc (Bachelor of Science).
Post-graduation: MBA (Master of Business Administration) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma
in Management) / CA (Chartered Accountant).
Experience: 10 - 18 years of relevant experience in RBI inspection.
