We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist In this role, you will: Take accountability for managing all operational matters on behalf of the CIO/CTO(s) Be functionally accountable to the Service Line IT COO Lead, the role will need to forge a strong relationship with the Country Lead Business Management Promote new ways of operating aligned to Value Streams and ensure strong operational discipline Work across Value Stream, Country and Discipline Abide by FIM requirements in line with all vendor discussions Maintain and observe HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy.
