We are seeking a dynamic Third-Party Relationship Manager to join our Investment Strategy and Technology group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an impact and grow their career in Investment Management.Location: MumbaiYour Future Employer: One of the leading savings and investments business in the UK with over 170 years of experience of finding innovative solutions to help people improve their financial futures, has offices across 20 European countries, managing assets worth \xc2\xa3352+ bn and serving around 5.5 million retail customers & over 800 institutional clients.Responsibilities:Ensure adherence to Third Party Supplier management policies and standards.Monitor and manage relationships with Aladdin, Front Office Suppliers, and Tech applications.Champion the use of Aladdin and other suppliers across the business.Deliver outstanding customer service and engage with stakeholders effectively.Identify workflow improvements and resolve issues with Aladdin ASM and BlackRock.Support users through training improvements.Establish and improve third-party performance standards.Maintain a comprehensive inventory of third-party applications.Conduct regular risk assessments and manage supplier tiering and ownership updates.Provide administrative support and contribute to strategic projects.Implement change management processes for suppliers.Manage KPIs and KRIs for senior management reporting.Create impactful presentations and produce valuable MI for senior leadership.Requirements:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.A proactive team player who can work independently.Logical and analytical mindset with a passion for learning.Experience managing complex stakeholder and supplier relationships.Knowledge of Aladdin is a plus.Background in Third Party Relationship or Risk Management is desirable.Ability to perform under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.What is in it for you:Collaborative and supportive environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentHybrid working modelReach Us:
