Responsible for ensuring the achievement of business parameters. Maintaining portfolio quality within budgeted levels. Ensuring achievement of process adherence and compliance of laid down policies at a business level - Internal and regulatory compliance. Responsible for drafting policies and guidelines about the business department and acting as a custodian of such policies. Responsible for overall growth and development of Term Loan, S&C and DA partners - the improvement will be tracked by progress at monthly intervals.
