Business Manager - CXO - Infrastructure

We are looking for a Business Manager - CEO for client with a Pan India Footprint based at Gurgaon.

Our ideal candidate will be a graduate + full time MBA assisting senior leaders in conceptualizing the strategy and execution

Job Details :

Location : Gurgaon.

Nature of Role : Individual Contributor

Experience : 5 to 9 yrs of experience, strong in Finance , analytics, & stakeholder management

Education : Management Post Graduate from Premier Institute

Skills / Competencies : Financial analysis , management reporting , soft skills

Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week.

KRA :

- Support Strategic Planning

- Business strategy formulation, Business Planning & Analysis,

- Provide insights on future company initiatives and develop future strategic direction.

- To analyze and summarize key components of the MIS with a strategic orientation

- Setting up of management processes and structures

- Effective and timely research

- Business analysis and reporting

- Deliver meaningful and actionable insights basis analysis

- Use simple and easy to understand techniques for analysis

- On Time delivery and automation of MIS/Reports every Month

- Business Tracking

- Lead & support Strategic projects

- Participate and lead the management of multiple initiatives as well as the execution of selected initiatives

- General Management for CXO office

- Provide Inputs for presentations, reference materials, management reporting, execution of day to day Business deliverables that need immediate resolution.

- Running Leadership team meetings by setting agendas and driving discussions.

- Supporting the cxo on various steering boards/project meetings
