:Job Title - Business Manager - BM, AnalystLocation - Mumbai, IndiaRole DescriptionAs a Business Manager, you will join a small central team in FIC Central that supports Global Divisional COO Office. You will be required to work in close coordination with Product COOs, HR Business Partners, Reward Advisors, Finance colleagues, Business Management & Control teams of Deutsche Bank globally for FIC. Your key responsibilities

• Support for divisional strategy regarding headcount planning, management and reporting
• Assist in co-ordination of year end process for Investment Bank/Corporate Bank including promotions and compensation cycle
• Responsibility of divisional FTE modelling, MI and other ad hoc requirements with assistance from Pharos People Platform
• Translate business requirements for technical teams and drive the transformation agenda for team
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automating current business process to minimize manual efforts
• Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with global partner teams including Finance, HR, Product COOs and Business Managers

Your skills and experience

• Strong data modelling skills and a demonstrable ability to produce detailed analysis
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong technical skills, particularly in dealing with high volume of data, management of databases and Excel. Experience with SQL and Tableau is preferred (or a willingness to learn)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels
• Individual with a commitment & motivation for self-development and growth
• Ability to work with teams and drive output across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership and work toward deadlines
• Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
