We have a vacancy at Ahmedabad, in Gujarat State.
Position: - Business Manager (B.M)
Age: - 32 to 35 years.
Qualification: - Mini. from Science/Pharmacy, Business Administration, MBA, BBA.
Experience: - Mini 3 years
Skills: - 1. Communication and negotiation skills. 2. Decision making
Our Offer: - 4.5 to 5.00 Lakh CTC Annually
(Subject to technical & and personal skills/ performance based on monthly & and quarterly incentives + performance-based incentives from 1st month onwards + carrier growth.)
Roles & Responsibilities.
1. Implementation of field selling strategy.
2. Implementation of customer management guidelines.
3. Fieldwork and reporting discipline.
4. Achieving the sales target on a monthly basis.
5 Implementation of a 360-degree feedback mechanism
