  • Be trusted advisor on operational matters and build excellent relationship with Service Line Leadership team to enable successful execution of role
  • Work closely with members of Business Management/COO function (Finance, Workforce, Governance & Vendor) to ensure continued engagement and knowledge of operational principles
  • Drive close collaboration between Platform and Value streams to ensure understanding and alignment of objectives (for example with regards to workforce demand)
  • Ensure close collaboration with Portfolio function
  • Create excellent working relationship with Country aligned Business Management functions to ensure successful operational execution in key locations
  • Interact with Business to ensure broad understanding of capacity requirements
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Experience 12+ years. Responsible for Business management , Operational Management and Financial Management of Value Stream.
  • Have overall accountability for management and reporting of charges across Value Stream
  • Strong stakeholder management / Relationship Management. Provide operational oversight and support for annual planning and quarterly business review (QBR) process.
  • Ensure alignment and management of data across GPDM, Clarity and other relevant tool.
  • Build excellent working relationships with Value Stream Delivery and Portfolio Teams to ensure detailed understanding of future plans.
  • Owns and manages resource demand and capability profile on behalf Platform and Value Stream.
  • Closely collaborates with Platform teams to ensure Value Stream resource and capability profile can be met.
  • Ensure appropriate governance / touchpoints in place to manage workforce demand.
  • Identify and pursue sustainable cost saving opportunities and ensure excellent financial discipline across team.
  • Manage leadership communications and cascades as required
