Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toBusiness Chief Financial OfficerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this position you will be in charge of: \xe2\x80\xa2 Financial management for a Global Business Line with full P&L responsibility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Financial reporting for both Global and Local Business Lines, including monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring business performance and providing insights and analysis to support operational decision-making. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assessing business risk exposure and defining risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance, ensuring consistent implementation of risk management processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency, while developing forward-looking analytics across functions for faster and transparent decision-making. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and closely monitoring cash flow, taking action to improve Net Working Capital.Qualifications for the role

• We are hiring in these two locations: France, India (you should be resident of these countries, or be willing and able to relocate to the designed country)
• Other qualifications:
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or Management Accounting
• 10+ years of experience in Business Controlling roles, preferably in a global setting.
• Project controlling experience will be preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Processes and tools in Finance with strong Business Acumen.
• Track record of execution and delivering results in international environment.
• Good collaboration and communications skills.
• Fluent in English, or French (for the France location) any other language is an asset
• Recognized as great team player and appreciated for collaboration and business partnering skills.
