• Client currently seeks a Service Delivery Lead to join our team in Chennai / Bangalore/Hyderabad.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a project manager, utilizing project management methodologies and disciplines, best practices, and artifacts in both Waterfall and SCRUM environments
• Responsible for overall systems development life cycle
• Candidate should have a strong background in business and data analysis, project tracking / coordination and testing
• Experience in leading and managing Data warehousing / Snowflake / Informatica ETL projects
• Strong Agile Experience
• Ability to Manage team capacity and productivity
• Ability to Identify risks and business impacts on the projects
• Create and execute appropriate quality plans, project plans, test strategies and processes for development activities
• Experience in JIRA tool to manage User Stories
• Ability to facilitate and coordinate discussion and to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
• Candidate must have good communication and facilitation skills
• Work in an onsite-offshore model involving daily interactions with Onshore teams to ensure on-time quality deliverables.
• Candidate is expected to work with Client manager till noon of US working hours. Defines processes and standards around governance, communication, and quality.
• Develops deliverable acceptance plans and criteria
