\xef\x82\xa7 Develop relationships with product data delivery partners and data consumers - Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Control functions and ensure understanding of the data and it\'s use
\xef\x82\xa7 Provide subject matter expertise with respect to the content and use of data in the product and associated business area
\xef\x82\xa7 Lead requirements gathering sessions with varying levels of leadership, complete detailed project planning utilizing JIRA to record planned project execution steps
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage / develop data visualization solutions utilizing Tableau & QLIK that provides intuitive insights to our key stakeholders
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage / develop data wrangling workflows utilizing Alteryx to provide data requirements into the required format for the data visualization software
\xef\x82\xa7 Understand end to end business needs and build real time data solutions
\xef\x82\xa7 Conduct thorough control testing of each component of the solution providing evidence that all data and visualization are providing accurate insights and evidence in the control process/ validate with stakeholders
\xef\x82\xa7 Identify the scope of critical data within their product, ensuring that the prioritized data is well-documented, and classified accordingly with metadata
\xef\x82\xa7 Lead conceptual technical discussion with data engineering partner
\xef\x82\xa7 Become a subject matter expert in these responsibilities and support team members in becoming more proficient themselvesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\xef\x82\xa7 10-12+ years of overall experience working in analytics / business intelligence teams and 5+ years\' experience of managing teams
\xef\x82\xa7 Demonstrated ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense business opportunities hidden in data
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience in use of project management tools like JIRA, Confluence
\xef\x82\xa7 Minimum 5 years\' experience developing advanced data visualization and presentations preferably with Tableau, Qlik
\xef\x82\xa7 Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience with business intelligence analytic and data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, SAS, or Python
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience in designing and delivering cross functional custom reporting solutionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
