• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
• Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
• Experience in one of the data visualization tools (e.g. Quicksight, Tableau or Qlik)
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python)
• Experience analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Key job responsibilities
You will:
• Develop payment metrics: Design, develop and maintain reporting solution for Payment metrics for new and existing payment products. Work with Data engineers and Product managers to define reporting needs.
• Built Self-Service BI: Build self-service tools and dashboard that not only gives aggregated metrics but also provide ways to pull most granular data for defect verification, customer communication, deep-dive etc.
• Automation & Operation excellence: Build automation tools, support our AWS infrastructure for compliance implementation, upgrades and optimization.
• Deep dive analysis: Interacting with internal stakeholders to lead business reviews and deep dive analyses. Find and merge disperse data sources to find useful insights.

About the team
Our team is mix of BIEs, Business Analyst and sister team is mix of data engineers and data scientist with wide range of experience in visualisation, data analytics, data modeling and ETL. A candidate will get experience working on variety of problem statements from AWS infrastructure management, launch reporting, deep-dive analysis to advance analytics. Also get exposure to interact with stakeholders available worldwide.
• Knowledge of how to improve code quality and optimizes BI processes (e.g. speed, cost, reliability)
• Experience with AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, Lambda, EC2, EMR etc.
