Role & Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract data from various sources, transform it into a usable format, and load it into our data warehouse.
• Design, develop, and optimize data models and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar, to present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Document technical specifications, data mappings, and processes for BI solutions.

Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven 3 years of experience in business intelligence development, data engineering, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend).
• Hands-on experience in DAX.
• Proficiency in the business intelligence or data visualization tool Power BI
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
