Job briefWe are looking for a Data Analyst who will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights.In this role, we expect you to have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence. The ability to communicate effectively is essential.Your goal will be to help our to drive high performance and quality.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business needs and objectivesDevelop strategies for effective data analysis and reportingDefine company-wide metrics and relevant data sourcesConfigure and implement analytics solutionsOversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure qualityExtract reports from multiple sources (e.g. ERP, WMS, Social Media, Market Research etc.)Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights using Modern Visualization ToolsApply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performanceKeep abreast of industry news and trendsRequirementsProven experience as a Business AnalystSolid experience in data analysis and reporting; Wholesales Distribution & Service industry experience is an added advantageBackground in market research and project managementKnowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau etc.)Good communication skillsand strong organizational abilitiesAttention to detailProblem-solving aptitudeBSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field.
