Overview We are a remote-first organization so you can work from anywhere in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events. Are you passionate about unlocking the potential of data to drive business decisions We\'re seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team at CACTUS. In this role, you\'ll dive deep into complex data sets, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights to support our product, marketing, and business teams. Responsibilities Use advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets and explain their business implications. Perform root cause analysis to understand the drivers of key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with business stakeholders from various functions to understand their data needs and deliver user-friendly reports and dashboards in Power BI. Communicate data insights and findings to a wider audience through clear and structured documentation or presentations. Support the maintenance and quality of existing data sources and reports. Identify opportunity for automation and optimization. Qualifications and Prerequisites 5 -7 years\' experience in a data driven role Proficiency in Power BI report development and Power BI services for data visualization Proficient in data warehouse concepts, SQL and M query for building optimized data models Experience working with SharePoint data as a source in Power BI and ability to optimize existing data models Proven experience of working with unstructured data and creating relationship Passion to look at data, find insights and solve problems Hungry to go deep into the business problems and various data sources to find root cause of the problem and have intention to fix that completely by automating the workflow Additional Information CACTUS is a culture-driven company powered by its people, their passion, and their inspiration.
