The Business Intelligence Consultant is focused on delivery, release plans and communicating progress to stakeholders.Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the organization.Create the product roadmap and define the strategic vision for the team driven by the overall visionManage dependencies with other team\xe2\x80\x99s functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnership across the different teamsEnsure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessaryBe accountable for product based specific business KPI\xe2\x80\x99sEnd to end team output strategy from inception to productionCollaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirementsAccountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholdersUtilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the teamWorks closely with functional partners to establish each product\xe2\x80\x99s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessaryFacilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as demosIs a key role on Agile team(s) and works onsite with the team on a daily basisIntegrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven designAlign outward facing product requirements and stakeholdersTypical work products: Prioritized Feature Roadmap Target Outcomes and Product Performance Metrics, User Stories and backlog, Customer Readiness and Engagement Plan, Leadership Reporting, Vendor Assessment and RecommendationsSkills and QualificationsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience.Experience with SAP Analytics products (inc. non-SAP tool integrations a plus)Experience with SAP BW and BO (min. 5 years)5+ years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality analytical solutions using SAP Analytics Solutions3+ more years in a business operations or business execution type role linked to the Product domainHands-on experience working with SAP Analytics Solutions.Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)Deep experience leading/working with teams in an agile settingExperience in Agile Development, with specific product focused experience preferredExperience in the Pharmaceutical business model and baseline reporting requirements and processesPreferredMaster\xe2\x80\x99s (M.S.) degree or equivalent experienceBENEFITS:It is our priority to provide competitive compensation and a benefit package that bridges your personal life with your professional career.
