:Experienced BI professional skilled in creating interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Excel, Tableau and so on. Adept at designing accurate financial reports for decision-making, establishing consistent formats, and simplifying data management. Proficient in data analysis, automation, and leading digital transformation initiatives. Committed to training finance personnel and ensuring data integrity through strategic planning and quality and continuous improvement.Responsibilities: * BI Dashboard Reporting and Report Development:

• Create real-time interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Excel, and/or Tableau.
• Design accurate financial reports for decision-making.
• Standardisation, Simplification, and Data Management:

• Establish consistent formats and structures for financial reporting.
• Define naming conventions and user-friendly explanations.
• Implement controls for data integrity.
• Data Analysis and Automation:

• Identify trends and translate complex data for business stakeholders.
• Streamline processes through automation.
• Digitalisation and Technology Adoption:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives.
• Stay informed about emerging BI trends.
• Training, Support, and Strategic Planning:

• Train finance personnel in effective BI tool usage.
• Collaborate on long-term planning.
• Ensure data integrity through QA and reconciliation.

Qualifications:Qualifications:Degree educated, preferably in a Finance related discipline as this role demands an understanding of core financial activities.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Work Experience-Accounting/Financial Business experience and knowledge of Business Accounting practices
• Technical Skills:

• Proficient user of Microsoft Power Platform and BI stack, including Power Automate, Power BI, Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and SQL Server Integration Services.
• Expertise in the application of DAX and HTML in the development of innovative BI data solutions and visuals
• Experience of other BI Tools desirable, such as OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud) and Tableau.
• Proficient user of SharePoint
• Competent at using ERP/ financial systems
