They have also been ranked 29 of 100 largest financial technology vendors by American Banker and BAI in the FinTech Forward Top 100 rankings.The Role:The Person will work as a Champion Market Data services as a center of excellence; pursuing appropriate cost allocation; promoting contractual compliance, managing, and mitigating contractual compliance risk and issues, managing supplier audits, delivering cost transparency, and protecting the business. Provide accurate and timely analysis: delivering insight into market data costs, allowing business managers and finance business partners to effectively set and track Market Data budgets and to realize cost savings. The person will work with business franchises and functions to define accurate business requirements. Providing a point of contact SME knowledge. Maximize the value of supplier relationships and drive cost efficiencies in collaboration with Supply Chain Services.Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting with all levels of management, including senior management from various lines of franchise and functions.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and senior management to influence behaviour and decision-making
• Managing of data licensing ensuring all Group franchises & functions remain compliant at the same time as maximizing cost reductions from the evaluation of alternate providers
• Supporting bank internal applications and desktop products to ensure they are compliant with third-party data policies, and to mitigate and manage issues/risk
• Understanding data flows within a technical context and applying the appropriate commercial/data policies and recommending suitable controls in accordance with third-party policy
• Executing market data optimisation initiatives
• Managing third-party market data audits remediating where possible any potential data exposure including challenging audit findings to minimize any penalties.
• Providing financial reporting, data analysis, and recommendations.

Skills Required:

• Outstanding Relationship Management experience including collaborative inter-personal and influencing skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Market Data products and providers
• An understanding of different data delivery mechanisms including via consolidated vendor feeds and direct market access
• Significant understanding of data governance and the tools required to control and permission it [DACS]
• Skills in collaboration tools (MS Teams, Lean Kit, Confluence)
• Advanced skills in analytical tools (Excel, MDSL databases, PowerPoint and Word)
• Ability to interpret Market Data commercial policies and intellectual property user provisions from
• Exchanges, Vendors, and Brokers and translate these to clear terms as it relate to data use rights
• Advanced analytical, communication [written & verbal], and presentation skills [there is a requirement to be business-facing]
• Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to act independently with excellent decision-making skills, work well under pressure, and handle multiple projects and initiatives at the same time

• Any Graduate
• 8 to 15 Years of experience.
