Job Summary NetApp Business Analysts work as part of a team that supports and enhances NetApp\'s world-wide business processes. You will utilize your strong technical competencies and functional business expertise to identify, evaluate and develop procedures that meet business user requirements. To do this successfully, you will work closely with cross-function teams to understand business needs, and IT development to provide automated solutions. An ability to understand business process issues and communicate technical solutions to the internal client is essential to your success in this role. Project management skills and customer service orientation is key. The role requires strong working relationships with finance teams across different regions and functions. Job Requirements Business Functional Knowledge (Highly Preferred): . Detailed understanding of Finance functional processes (FP&A, Accounting, AR, AP, GL, OM, etc.). . Identify relevant use cases of stakeholders and prioritize according to roadmap. . Experience with understanding and supporting Data Warehouse concepts. . Partner closely with the data warehouse team to architect data-driven solution to operationalize reporting requirements. . Supporting stakeholders, BI Partners, and team in the efficient delivery of data / information through Tableau / Power BI dashboard. . Requirements gathering and analysis, documentation of functional specifications, Unit, and Integration testing of IT solutions. . Ensure that proposed changes represent the best overall fit for the organization. . Experience with reporting visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, etc.). PBI experience is preferred. Project Management: . Dev Ops Experience (Agile methodologies preferred) . Understand, document, and communicate business requirements to the technical team. . Develop implementation and project plans as needed. Take ownership of projects, from concept to launch. . Document and communicate status updates to team members and Management. . Support change management and encourage cross-functional interaction by facilitating discussions and integrating inputs from all stakeholders. Job Requirements: . Good oral and written communication skills including process documentation. . Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skills Desired Skills (will be an added advantage): . Prior background with Hyperion Financial Management. . Oracle OBIEE, any ERP, any CRM Application Knowledge. Education . Bachelor\'s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) is required. . A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Finance domain is required 8+ years of experience is preferred. . Experience with any data warehouse concepts
