Job Title : Business Integration EngineerLocation : KolkataEmployment Type : Permanent, full-timeExperience Required:3to 5yearsReporting to : Head of IT Infrastructure, KolkataRequirements :- Design and implement integrations between business applications and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation, via APIs and other integration tools- Automate business workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, including procurement, onboarding, and offboarding processes- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across departments- Provide technical support for integrated systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve existing processes and tools.Desirable skills :- Experience using PowerBI to create reports and dashboards- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and version control, from an Engineering background or similar- Understanding of data privacy, regulatory and cybersecurity standards- Hands on experience with hardware/IoT device automation and integration
