Powered by AI engine with proprietary data modelling techniques. DataPOEM replaces the annual ROI measurement systems that are dated (e.g. MMM or MTA) with a more frequent planning cycles (monthly or quarterly), which is the stated need by Global marketing leaders. Our biggest differentiator is our \xe2\x80\x9cAlways-on learning engine\xe2\x80\x9d which understands the relationship of every element of marketing on a given KPI at a daily/weekly level, resulting in agile and reliable insights. Simply put, we enable clients to invest in the apt marketing assets that deliver business results. In the process, we help them conserve at least 20% of their marketing budgets. We have grown 10X in the last 18 months, with clientele across global markets, including India. What you will be doing: This role is not an ETL role :)

• Presentation of model results to the clients
• Evaluate KPIs that decide the effectiveness and accuracy of Prediction results.
• Identify the patterns in data and present the insights
• Build analysis on reactive and pro-active basis.
• Reactive- As and when requested by brands.
• Proactive- Find value-added insights to help and update existing practices.
• Work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects with varying data granularities.

Who you will be working with: Interact and collaborate with AI team and business deliveryteam on daily basis to understand and prepare the model results and insights multiple brands and data hierarchies. Preference:

• 4-6 Years of experience with handling large datasets.
• Prior experience with a mix of Market Research/ marketing Analytics/ Client Success
• Excellent Communication skills, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Has good understanding of numbers and data sense.
• Familiar with SQL and Python.
• Quick learner and capable of working in a dynamic working environment.
