We are seeking an experienced Corporate and Business HR Specialist to support and enhance the operations of various departments, including Business Development, Procurement, and Operations. This role focuses on managing job functions, coordinating team activities, and ensuring seamless operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department heads to understand and manage team functions and
requirements.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support the goals of Business Development,
Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Monitor and report on daily activities and performance of various departments to senior
• Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including
• performance management and employee relations. Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to improve team efficiency and
• effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
• o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• o Experience in Logistic Business would be highly preferable
• o Proven experience in a corporate HR role, with a focus on managing team functions and
• operations.
• o Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
