• Take charge of the full HR cycle--recruitment, onboarding, policy creation, training, appraisals, and disciplinary actions--ensuring a seamless experience for our team and clients.
• Inspire and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
• Train and develop junior team members, guiding them to reach their full potential and become future leaders.
• Maintain and optimize operational processes and reports, ensuring we uphold the highest standards of efficiency and accountability.
