With an AUM of 2,250 Cr and Gold Loan AUM of 1,600 Cr, we are on track to achieve 10,000 Cr AUM by 2029. We are looking for a strategic leader to drive exponential growth in our Gold Loan business.Role Overview:The Business Head - Gold Loan Vertical will be responsible for leading, strategizing, and expanding the Gold Loan business across multiple states. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep industry expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in business growth.Key Responsibilities:Business Growth & Expansion:- Develop and implement strategies to scale the Gold Loan business.- Identify new markets, set up branches, and drive branch profitability.- Work closely with the leadership team to achieve AUM growth targets.Sales & Revenue Generation:- Drive customer acquisition and increase the Gold Loan portfolio.- Optimize pricing, interest rates, and product offerings for maximum profitability.Team Leadership & Performance Management:- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and operations team.- Set clear performance metrics and ensure achievement of business goals.Risk Management & Compliance:- Ensure robust risk assessment, collateral security, and regulatory compliance.- Work with internal teams to maintain low NPAs and high portfolio quality.Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:- Forge partnerships with banks, fintech companies, and other stakeholders.- Leverage technology for operational efficiency and customer experience enhancement.Key Requirements:- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)- Experience: 12+ years in Gold Loan business (NBFC/BFSI sector)Skills:- Strong expertise in business expansion, risk management, and P&L ownership- Leadership ability to drive strategic growth and operational excellence- Strong market knowledge of Gold Loan lending practices and customer behaviorTravel: Willingness to travel extensively across operational regionsWhy Join Us?- Leadership Role: Lead a high-growth business vertical in a rapidly expanding NBFC.- Exponential Growth: Be part of an ambitious growth journey towards - 10,000 Cr AUM.- Visionary Leadership: Work closely with a dynamic leadership team in a high-impact role.
