Job Title:Business Head - Digital MarketingLocation:Madurai, Tamil NaduJob Objective:The Business Head will be responsible for scaling up Adinn Digitals marketing services to the next level by implementing process automation,building a highly efficient and skilled team, and driving the department to achieve a target of Rs. 20 Lakhs per month in revenue.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing leadership, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record in scaling digital businesses.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage the digital marketing department to meet and exceed revenue goals of Rs. 20 Lakhs per month.2. Develop and implement automation processes across all digital marketing operations, including sales, execution, and reporting.3. Formulate effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.4. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.5. Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics, ensuring effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.6. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and business retention.7. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to grow the business further.8. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to keep Adinn Digital at the forefront of innovation.Required Qualifications and Skills:1. Proven experience in a leadership role in digital marketing, preferably as a Business Head or similar.2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends.3. Ability to scale digital marketing operations, with a focus on process automation and efficiency.4. Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets in a competitive market.5. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.6. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.8. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.9. Experience Above 8 yearsSalary: Ranges from 10 to 12 LPA
