Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies essential to the achievement of set targets.
Identify prospective customers and generating leads by using business directories, references through various sources and attending trade shows, seminars & conferences.
Network with customers and key decision makers in corporate as well as in Govt. on regular basis to demonstrate new capabilities and technology innovations of the Institute and explain to them how it will help their industry, and solicit orders (projects & samples).
Monitor market conditions & requirements and study competitors strategies on products (technology solutions), prices and sales.
Understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements/ problems and convert them to business opportunity for the Institute.
Timely redressal of all customer suggestions and complaints.
Act as an interface between the customers and the Institute\xe2\x80\x99s technical team.
Aggressive marketing through social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Oversee the design and publishing of advertising materials such as leaflets, brochures, newsletters, etc.
Exhibit effective communication (oral +written) internally as well as externally.
Preparation and submission of MIS as per the requirement.
Continuously work towards training and development of the Team in order to leverage their capabilities.
