- Provide suggestions to the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance profitability and return on investment.
- Keeping knowledge of market and industry updates on new trends, products and laws pertaining to real estate.
- Maintain and enhance the brand equity of the Real Estate Division of the Group by representing the Group at prominent forums and platforms.
- Ensure projects monitoring, Value engineering, Procurement, planning & budgeting, cost monitoring, product quality consciousness, safety, estimation etc.
