Job Description


:Responsible for increasing conversion, acquisition and managing the customer funnel for higher revenue and better profitability.
Develop a growth strategy with the directors, focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Arrange meetings and build long-term relationships with prospective clients, including end-users, architects and real estate developers.
Oversee the performance of the sales team, and monitor the growth of each of the markets.
Conduct research to identify new markets and potential partners/ dealers in those markets.
Promote the company\'s brand by developing the marketing strategy and marketing budget including industry trade-shows, print media and outdoor media, in coordination with the existing marketing and PR teams.
Recruit employees in the Sales and Business Development Teams.
