Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and networking events.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and campaigns. Provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build strong relationships.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that drives engagement and supports lead generation efforts.
• Partnerships: Assist in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships that align with the company growth objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business development activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
