What You Will Be Doing:
• Lead Qualification:
• Assess and qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet our criteria for potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead qualification strategies.
• Customer Acquisition:
• Assist in developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies to attract new clients.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
• Sales Support:
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
