Roles and Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Identify business opportunities and talent trends.
• Lead & Candidate Sourcing: Generate business leads and attract top talent.
• Relationship Management: Build strong client and candidate relationships.
• Support & Coordination: Assist in sales strategies, pitches, recruitment strategies, and candidate interviews. Support in daily team meetings, follow ups, etc
• Strategy Execution: Contribute to business growth and recruitment goals.
• Collaboration: Align efforts with sales, marketing, and teams.
• Process Improvement: Innovate and enhance business and recruitment processes.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company to attract clients and talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
